GivingTuesday is a global generosity movement unleashing the power of people and organizations to transform their communities and the world on December 3, 2019 and every day. It was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good.

At Farm Burger, we want you to enjoy a 100% grassfed, grass-finished burger and drive out hunger in your community on GivingTuesday! From 5-9 pm, 10% of all proceeds will benefit each respective location's local food bank. See event details at their Facebook pages listed below.

Help those in need by dining at any one of our 11 locations:
Farm Burger Dunwoody
Farm Burger Midtown Atlanta - Whole Foods
Farm Burger Buckhead
Farm Burger Peachtree Corners
Farm Burger Grant Park
Farm Burger Decatur
Farm Burger Downtown Asheville
Farm Burger South Asheville
Farm Burger Huntsville
Farm Burger Memphis
Farm Burger Nashville (Note: Their event starts at 4 pm.)
In addition to the Dine & Donate on GivingTuesday, we would like to further give back and support our communities this holiday season. All locations will be running a Food Drive until the end of December with the below local food banks to help end hunger in your community. When you bring in 5 non-perishable items or more, we will give you Free Fries* as a Thank You!

If you prefer to give in another way, please consider an online donation to:
Atlanta Community Food Bank
Mid-South Food Bank
Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee
Food Bank of North Alabama
MANNA FoodBank

*Present non-perishable items at register for Free Fries voucher good on next visit.

Busy as a Bee: November Calendar & Announcements

Happy to let you know that the November calendar is finalized and ready for you to view! Click on it to make it large enough to read. Call me if you have questions about class fees and available dates. There are many partial days open this month that aren't specified on the calendar.

I'm taking a photography class, so with intermittent sunshine over the past few weeks, I've been busy trying to practice taking photos, as well as creating new glassware in the studio.

Hope to see you at the two shows where I'll be in November! I'll have some new things for you to see - lots of new kaleidoscope dishes and window hangings, plenty of puzzles, more pattern bar designs... and there is even more still in the studio! I'm also planning a few other new things that I hope to finish in time.

If I don't get everything done in time for the shows, come by to see what's new in the gallery!

We're now on Facebook and Instagram, with more photos coming soon!

If you Google Cat Martin Glass Art and have some good thoughts to share, please write a review for me!

Thank you - and see you soon!

Post Studio Tour Update and Class Announcements!

We sure had a whirlwind Open Studio Tour this year! Thank you to all who came by to visit! It was wonderful to meet you, and I'm looking forward to seeing you again.

September has gone by much too quickly, though. Surely this "sudden" flip of the calendar page can only mean that the end of the year is going to be here before we know it. I'm really hoping we get to see some fall colors first - especially since the studio sits up in the trees! If no “leaf season,” at least we may get a winter view!

MARK YOUR CALENDARS - I'll be showing items at this show coming soon!
Come take a look - you'll see some amazing artistic items for sale!

Cat Martin Glass Art

Calendar for JULY 2019

JULY IS BLUEBERRY MONTH!

It’s been ten years since we did the very first Blueberry Dish project in the always-popular Fruit of the Month classes back in 2009. Celebrate with us this July by creating a 6-inch blueberry dish—at the 2009 price—this month only! We’ll let you pick some home-grown blueberries for your dish, too—while they last!
